Marvin is a civil engineer by profession trained at the University of Zimbabwe; he is currently studying a Masters Degree in Project Management with the University of Pretoria. He has over the past fifteen years been a project manager/civil engineer for the following organisations Mbada Diamonds, Hwange Colliery Company and Transformer Services. He is happily married and blessed with two daughters and a son.

Sandra is a metallurgist by profession trained at the Zimbabwe School of Mines and has recently completed a BCom. Degree in Marketing Management (UNISA), she has previously been employed by Hwange Colliery Company and is currently in charge of all day to day financial and resource allocations.

Prayer is a civil engineer by profession with five years’ experience in the field. Prayer has in his illustrious career overseen construction projects in both the built environment and water industry have worked for Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA). He is currently studying a Masters’ Degree in Construction Management with the -National University of Science and Technology (NUST)

Mr Tshuma is class 1 bricklayer/builder with a career spanning over 20years in the civil sector. Mr Tshuma has previously worked on numerous projects in the built environment sector, having worked for Hwange Colliery Company, DR Henry, Stipnovich and Hwange Builders.

Blessings is an Accountant by profession having done his Bachelor of Accountancy, Honors degree at the University of Zimbabwe, and is currently studying towards the ACCA professional qualification. He has previously been employed by Zambezi Gas and Dinson Colliery and is currently responsible for administration.
